The Six Horns of Dawnstrike
Due Fall 2026, this ELA workbook will feature the following:
- A suggested pacing guide of approximately 70 days of self-guided lessons
- 10 units, each with a focus on 10 different words often seen in role-playing games and also on SATs and ACTs
- 10 boss battles where students use their spelling/vocabulary unit test scores to defeat varied bosses
- Multiple side quests that expand word understanding with prefixes, root words, and more
- Opportunities for varied writing practice
- A character sheet and inventory space for students to build and level up their characters, keep track of hit points, and organize all the loot they collect
- Shops to visit along the way and buy useful weapons, armor, potions, and more
- Rewards for every completed educational task
- Some pretty amazing custom artwork byJoshua Zentner
- A whole lot of dice rolling
- An engaging campaign story about a hexicorn named Dawnstrike
